I and my partner rented a one bedroom house through Cavendish and Co in Eastbourne Langney area in 2017. We lived in it until August 2022, It was a 4 years and 10 months long tenancy during which some incidents happened at the property. One winter a gas boiler stopped working and had to be replaced swiftly due to low temperatures. In a period of a very stormy weather we lost a third of a wooden fence. Not long after a whole wall made of bricks got badly damaged by an extreme weather. However, whatever the emergency was Cavendish and Co would always be available to help us deal with it. Right from the beginning the company showed they are a business one can rely on. They listened to what we had to say, they acted on our requests and emergencies swiftly, decisively and professionally. For Christmas we often received a card with wishes from the company! Over those nearly 5 years we had a privilege to meet many of Cavendish and Co team members in person. All of them behaved and acted in a very professional manner, were happy to provide an advice and share their knowledge with us. Customer service was excellent from the beginning to the very end. A special thanks to Gina for all her patience and understanding here. We would absolutely recommend Cavendish and Co to everyone who needs an estate or a letting agent! Services the company provides are second to none and people who deliver them do care about what they do!
