Avoid avoid avoid! In the absence of actually being able to contact anyone then my only hope is to post a review and hope someone else is saved from the heartbreak that I have suffered at the hands of 'Steve Jenkins' Who ever the guy was turned up to do a DPF filter clean on my van, this was in December 2018. Something went very wrong and he has wrecked the engine, to top it off he legged it. Subsequently he has blocked me, and there are no registered details for him at company's house. I have tried to trace him through my legal expenses but to no avail as I dont know his real name, although thanks to another reviewer on here I may have something else to go on. I have lost my business and am 6000 out of pocket not to mention so very upset at what happened. I will not let this rest. If the owner of the company wishes to contact me then I would be very happy to hear from him.

Avoid at all costs! This man will introuduce himself under many different guises. On facebook he was known as Steve Jenkins and even introduced himself as Steve Jenkins, his real name is Ronald Paura, Yes thats right the reviewer below this one. He will quote you figures from Celtic Tunings website but actually provide you with a Map from Elite Remaps, in my case this was a 20bhp difference. Not happy with the service i recieved i contacted him he told me that my car may have been mapped before and you cant tell, i emailed Elite remaps and they confirmed they could tell if it had been mapped before and also confirmed that my car hadnt. Once you start questioning him he will block you, BUYER BEWARE. He has many profiles on Facebook so look out for them, Ron Paura, Ronnie Paura, Ronalds Paura, Ronnie Paura, Ron Paura, Ronnie Sussex. You'll even notice some of the above names have provided reviews for the facebook page also.
