excellent customer service from all staff. I was approached shortly after I'd walked in the store to see if I wanted help, fitted for my bed type, which was soon short listed to 3 mattresses. I was given tea a few times as I relaxed on the beds, with no sales pressure from Chris who looked after me. He tried me with 3 pillows til I was happy it was similar to my own pillow to get a good feel for sleeping on my new bed. I was in the store a few hours, it was a great experience, I don't usually enjoy shopping!

The moment we entered the Eastbourne Dreams branch we were warmly greeted. After we explained what we were looking for, we were escorted to the innovative Dreams Sleepmatch machine. The machine was a revelation! After a brief explanation and a few simple questions regarding our sleeping positions and any back problems, we were asked to lay down on the Sleepmatch mattress. The machine measured our sleeping positions and, in a few minutes, printed out a shortlist of our most likely mattress matches. Using our preferences and her extensive product knowledge, the assistant was able to suggest the order in which we should try the shortlisted mattresses. They took us to each mattress in turn and giving us a couple of individually matched pillows, encouraged us to lay down on each mattress. Dreams hit the perfect balance of being attentive and giving us the space and time to make our minds up in an unpressured way. They regularly checked we were OK, gave advice when we needed it and even offered us a drink. In the end, we had an amazing mattress perfectly suited for both our needs delivered within days. Thank you Dreams for such an outstanding customer experience.
