        I had to use Hobbs recovery serice the other day after my 1946 ford lost a wheel I was kept informed of the trucks eta and when it arrived (just over an hour) Matt the driver was absolutely brilliant

        The absolute worst company that Ive had ever had to use! Rude staff especially the guy on the front desk! Rude arrogant no manners and certainly no customer service! They never answer the phone even though theres a guy in the office most of the time. Incorrect information given and awful customer service I hope I never have to deal with this company ever again! Why the police use them is beyond me. And no it wasnt a police seizure our car was stolen and the police recovered it

        Worst recovery company. Open 24/7 to recover your car. To collect now is the sneaky side. Only open 9-3pm Monday to Friday. Nobody answers the phone and takes a few days to respond to emails hence more storage costs, closed weekend funny enough. Avoid
