Avoid this place at all costs! If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. They may seem professional at first in order to take your money and get you into a contract, but once thats done, they dont care about you. You wont get responses to your messages, or your calls, your emails or even your letters. My partner and I work for the NHS and had the absolute worst experience with them and it got to a point where we were just completely ignored and couldnt even discuss getting our deposit back due to zero response and its been over a year now. Absolutely disgusting, joke of a company. Like I said, avoid at all costs.

Working with Marie and her team at Room2Let has been an absolute joy. Incredibly friendly and professional, I felt I was in good hands all the way through the process. Marie was also kind enough to warm me up with a cup of tea after Id entered from the bitter cold outside! Highly recommend this team, outstanding service. Thank you!
