        Fantastic practice. Our GP (Dr Caroe) is absolutely lovely and the practice is always ahead of the curve with new technology. Yes, of course you sometimes have to wait for routine appointments but the online system for communicating with the staff and making bookings is great.

        The practice is consistently very good at responding to patients' queries, in my experience. The reception staff are efficient and make contact when needed, even when they are very busy. The online patient referral system is excellent and you usually get a response within a few hours.

        Called for appt with son who boards Receptionist said I Cant get a face to face appt they dont offer them and only an all day telephone consultation in about 3 weeks- said it wasnt possible when son at school and needed doctor to see him , but she said they dont offer that service- terrible there is no excuse not to see people face to face anymore ! Really disappointing and unhelpful !!
