Hannah is probably one of the best customer care professionals I have come across and I recruit for this profession daily! I would go back for any body work even though a good hour away. Staff are extremely polite, friendly, helpful and efficient. The repairs to the bodywork of my car were completed to an excellent standard, very quickly. I was updated every couple of days with text messages so I knew when to expect my car back. The car was cleaned inside and out whilst in the repair shop and looked and smelled like new when I collected it.
