        Wrong item sent to me, then they demand I pay for return shipping despite it being their error. Now they wont respond to my emails, had to place a chargeback on my card to get my money back. Just use amazon..

        Really impressed that they use cardboard (plastic-free) packaging and have the feature to pick up from (or if nothing else profit-share with) a local bookstore. Because of the good packaging, the books always arrive in good condition (via Royal Mail) and generally in good time. Much better alternative to the tax-dodgers and gid-economy-drivers of Amazon.
