        Been using The Gym Group Eastbourne for a couple of years now and really enjoy it. Staff are all friendly, approachable and helpful. There is a eide variety of equipment and machine's available to use. The facilities are always clean. There are lots of Personal trainers offering bespoke service taylored to your needs. I also love that its a pin entry system and open 24/7 as I always used to loose my card at other gyms .

        Very handy gym 10 minutes away from home. So many cardio machines to use and lots of great weight training machines available too. Staff are always really friendly and helpful, and having lots of PTs on hand makes it easier to sign up with one when you need the extra push! Gym is kept clean and tidy and access is super easy for any time of day you wish, so very useful when you have flexible working patterns.

        I love going to The Gym, its one of the few gyms I dont feel self conscious in, everyone is so lovely and the staff are so friendly and helpful
