        Dr Gladwin was recommended by a good friend and she is simply excellent. Such a relief to be dealt with by a true professional. Dr Gladwin clearly knows her subject. And she doesn't get you to return on a regular basis for repeat treatments; instead she gives you exercises to do at home that can alleviate your symptoms. As opposed to those dodgy chiropractics who are so keen on repeat business.

        Jo Gladwin physio at First Physio is a credit to her profession. Amazing care, knowledge and support. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is brilliant at her job but demonstrates such empathy and compassion its like having physio from a friend. I wouldnt see anyone else!
