Generic Claire's shop. Took my daughter for her ear piercing in the morning around 10am. Staff was behind counter at first scribbling on some work document? Then she was on a phone call... I stood at the counter and waited for the phone call, she then finished said phone call and then proceeded to text... I waited patiently... Then she started scribbling on her document again completely disregarding my presence when I was directly Infront... Anyways... When I finally spoke to staff she appeared shocked! In the end we couldn't get the piercing done as the 2nd ear piercer was not going to be in till the afternoon around 2pm...

Claire's have all types of Jewelry. I've been looking for a particular earring for my piercing and I finally found it there .

I do love this store, but if you are buying nose studs be aware that the stone (when I brought some) generally falls out pretty quick, my last purchase was only about a week ago and 2 were crystal studs, within 2 days both studs crystals had fallen out, even though I took them out when sleeping, washing etc.. so was very disappointed.. I would suggest a nose hoop if that is something you would wear, they do very thin to thicker and some with patterns etc on, as seen in photo attached to this review. The staff however are very friendly, and there is a wonderful selection of everything from hair bands to a bandanna, hats and jewellery, including piercing, which I think is a great idea for that kind of store, and they are all very well trained. Overall, great shop,and staff, it was just the nose studs I've had an issue with.. if you do buy a crystal stud, please keep the receipt or u won't get your money back or exchange for the item.
