Called this company as I was in need of some advice regarding my car catching fire under the drivers seat. He wouldn't give any advice over the phone and told me it would be 2 days before he could have a look. If I hadn't been so desperate to work all the hours I can, I would have had look under the seat myself to find the problem. He came, had a look, and told me I need to replace the broken parts at myself. He then told me I had to pay him 100 pounds in cash for having a look at the car. If I wanted an invoice it will cost more. He didn't fix the car, or provide any service other than a 15 minute diagnosis. I'm now being charged over 100 pounds, 'if it goes through the company books,' for what should be a free quotation to actually fix a problem! Avoid this guy at all costs. Absolute rip off con artist. Please don't fall for the 'nice guy' act, it will cost you an arm and a leg. Service: Electrical
