        Went to Eastbourne Station ticket office today with my daughter as she wanted to buy a return ticket to Newcastle (coming back a different day). We spoke to Karl. He was wonderful, and very helpful. He was friendly and efficient and answered all our questions with patience. YAAAAY! GO KARL! Ticked all the stars

        I asked an information to get to Oxford Circus and this Asiatic lad was more upset the way I was pronouncing Oxford Circus then to help me to understand how to get there, in the end he said if I don't speak English ( I do but I have an Italian accent and I'm not going to change that) don't come in UK. Racist and disgusting service, but it's Eastbourne so it's normal standard this. Avoid to visit this Town, it's highly racist

        What shall we start from? 1)toilets: To access a toilet you need to purchase a train ticket. And no disabled toilets what so ever. 2)staff: Always complaining about their employers. Telling the customers how hard the things are. Totally unprofessional.

        The station needs a toilet badly. It's not good customer service not having a toilet there. I myself have several medial conditions and need access to a toilet. A big let down. On a positive though its great to see good customer service at the station. Food at the station is expensive but subway do make a good offering. I will give the station 3 stars
