        I dropped in store to get some information on upgrating my existing EE contract and the guy helping me was very helpful and very patiemtly he explained options available. I then decided to continue with my existing plan but i have left has a happy EE customer!

        Utterly rude manager who disbelieved what other employees had told me . Suggest if you want basic civil politeness to avoid this EE branch !

        Had an excellent experience this week after moving from Canterbury to Eastbourne: getting a new phone after smashing my old Huawei phone plus setting up a BT contract for broadband and landline. This was down to Clare and her colleagues who were a great help and must be congratulated! Thank you Clare! David
