Golfbase - Zactive

Purchased a couple of items, the first thing Golfbase do is take your money, then they check stock before emailing to say our of stock. I had ordered enough to qualify for free Tracked 24, once they had informed me by email, not sure why I had to supply a phone number, that 1 of two item was out of stock they offered me a 5% discount on another order. The 5% discount does not even cover the cost of the delivery for the second order that had to be placed to replace the out of stock item. Obviously as they had taken payment for the Out of Stock item I effectively had to pay for three items when I ordered a replacement and hope they refunded the money for the out of stock item, looking at some reviews that could be some wait. When I contacted them regrading my disappointment in the service the response was we are so hard done by we have so much stock, we don't care about your problems in receiving multiple packages or taking payment before knowing we even have to stock, at the end of the day who is the fool? they have three payment from me, I have no goods three days later as the one item in stock did not arrive when stated, and have had no correspondence regarding the second delivery from the delivery company, well never again!!!!

Purchased golf shoes on Amazon. They sent shoes 2.5 sizes smaller. Returned the next day. Eventually got refund but slow coming and no excuse for selling me the wrong size. Not a good experience
