Watch out for hidden charges. Talk about ruining the entire experience with a punative 45 charge because the courtesy car was deemed "dirty" despite it being in EXACTLY the same state I received it in ! Was told it was because of muddy marks on the back section of the front seats despite me never having been in the back of the car at all. Terrible service in the end. Service: Body & Trim

I was involved in an accident for my Mercedes C Class and ECF did a fantastic job repairing it. I had a warm welcome from Ami, Robin and Craig. Hannah gave me excellent service and communicated very well as she kept me posted on the repairs on my car.
