        Service here really depends on what staff member you get, I have dealt with ladies who have been very friendly & helpful, however some can be extremely rude and inpatient, there is also an older man with a beard who always seems to be in a bad mood, his customer service is atrocious, and he seems to despise even looking at you!

        Needed a prescription for antibiotics so this is where the OOH doctor sent it. their website says they are open till 10. Turned up to a notice saying they were closing at 6. Its not helpful when services like this dont stick to their advertised hours. Next time Ill use boots.

        They seem to have stopped sending texts when prescriptions are ready and dont bother to answer their phone. When you are stuck at home because of shielding this is an impossible situation!
