I visited the store this afternoon and was served by Sam, the assistant manager. His customer service skills were second to none. I felt valued as a customer and he went to great lengths to get me a really good deal. I could also tell from his interactions with the rest of his team that hes a great manager and I hope hes promoted permanently. Hes an asset that Three should treasure. Im on holiday here, a long way from home, but Sams even given me his mobile number and said hell be happy to help me if I need it with my new purchase. Thank you, Sam - youre a star.

The customer service advisors on the phone do not know what they're talking about they they sent me to the shop on false pretences as they didn't mention the fact that to do any transaction do you need photo ID. What's a load of nonsense I had my bank card with me and some letter ID but but they would not give me the service I I'm paying for. They will take your money instantly over the phone phone without photo ID and do other transactions also without photo ID but you cannot get any service in the shop unless you have some. Totally and impressed with the service

Very helpful and friendly staff. Great service also one of the few phone shop that would sell me the phone I wanted
