H&M

H&M has been my preferred clothing store for as long as I can remember. While I have always enjoyed my shopping experience at the Eastbourne location, I have noticed that one of the staff members, who has blonde hair and wears glasses, can be quite impolite. This particular individual never seems to smile, speaks in a discourteous tone, and exudes an intimidating presence. I would strongly suggest that the manager have a one-on-one conversation with this staff member to address her behavior, or even consider letting her go if she is not able to improve her customer service skills.

Downstairs for women, really loves stuff, upstairs for kids and mens, can usually find at least one thing i want here, staff are helpful, the only thing i dont like is when your queuing downstairs the ceiling lights are like stage lights aimed in your face so use upstairs if you can.

The changing room closes as soon as you get bundle of clothes you like. Last time it was at 5pm....half an hour before closing, hmm, ok...Today it was at 4.10! Not enough staff, I was told by 2 members of staff standing together, faffing! I don't live nearby so need to try things on!
