I picked this company randomly as they are local and had good reviews.Couldn't have got luckier.they did a fabulous job without any complications and went over and above the normal service expectancy.Thoroughly recommended.

My old boiler was installed by British Gas and having use their Home Cover for years I swapped to another provider because I was tired of endless waiting on hold and never being able to speak to a person on the phone (certainly not easily) The new company was no much better and after my 3rd attempt at contacting the call centre I gave up and cancelled my policy! I contacted Tom at TPS and asked if he could come and take a look, within a few days he was round to give me advice and I was sent a detailed quote offering a repair or replacement. As my boiler was 16 years old the replacement option made more sense. The price was agreed and the install date set! Tom arrived as expected and the work was completed to a very high standard. The new boiler is BRILLIANT and I wish I had replaced the old one sooner. I am looking forward to having a local boiler installation expert on call should I need any help in the coming years. Never again will I rely on a national call centre... Service: Heating system installation
