        I went to buy some sandals from clarks in Eastbourne today. I was assisted by an employee, James. I have a health conditions (not always visable) which interfers seriously with my independance. However I try very hard not to let that overwhelm me. James professional customer service skills are authentically more than can be learnt within his job titil. His patience,consideration,kindness, manners are impeccable. Thank you Clarks for enableing me to feel at ease and leaving a very happy customer with my purchase. See you all again very soon.

        Visited this weekend, store didn't have stock of my size in the shoe I wanted, but James procured some alternatives to try and was very helpful with shoe care advice as well as reassuring me that my previous poor experience at a different Clarks store would be taken care of if any issue arose with my purchase at this branch. Great service, would recommend and return again. The gent we dealt with is an asset to your business!
