Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Eastbourne

Disappointing. The centre is run by a team whom none appear to be over 25 and led by a somewhat surly manageress. My observation is that she sets very low standards that her team consistently fail to meet.

Had a car from Eastbourne Enterprise for the past few days whilst my car was being repaired. All of the team were so kind and helpful, quick to answer the phone and to make sure I was happy with everything. You can tell they are all working hard in a very busy environment, thank you again to everyone!! :)

I required the use of a van. I used my blue light card as a front line emergency worker. The price was competitive 151. I was then called to say a 200 deposit was required which was ok as this is returned after use. I went to collect the van, it was late and not ready, then sneakily I was told the excess is 1750 and if there was any damage bigger than this little card I would be charged. Unless I paid another xxx to cover this. They charged me another 175 on top of the 151 paid + 200 deposit, totalling 526 which I could of purchased a new bed instead of transporting one to a new location. Enterprise staff at Eastbourne are dishonest, sneaky Ill never use again! My experience at the Worthing branch was brilliant. The manager and staff at Eastbourne need investigating. Scammers! I do not recommend anybody to use.

A good space but please be aware no electric charging points, even though I'd rented a Leaf from Enterprise Car Club.
