really fun, bigger than i expected and not as busy as i thought it would be which was a plus. i recommend for both kids and adults!

Really really good venue loved it!! Clean area, amazing inflatable fun. The staff were all so polite and customer service really shined. The only downside is the holes in the mesh barrier and the gaps between inflatable I'm not sure how dangerous those machines and wires are but my son kept trying to get in there he did once I had to jump over the barrier and grab him. also the stairs which lead u out and into the shopping centre has no gate on it again my son is an a little cheeky and tried to run down them a few times too. Maybe just fix ithese two hazards would make the place perfect. I would give 5 stars if these 2 hazards weren't there;

I cannot recommend Ninja Warrior due to my recent experiences with the new management. On my first visit since the change in management, my friend and I were throwing foam blocks at each other without realizing it was not allowed. Instead of warning us, we were immediately banned from the facility. I decided to give it another chance a few months later, but unfortunately, I was again kicked out for no reason after I had already paid for my section. When I asked the manager why, the response was simply, 'I banned you again because I want to.' I found the manager's behavior to be rude, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. Overall, I am thoroughly disappointed with this place and their new management. Save yourself the trouble and find another facility to enjoy your time.
