Avoid at all costs. Failed to do the basics and ignored us when we tried to get answers after a house move. When we finally got an answer after two months, we were treated with utter contempt. Their actions caused us a lot of grief and after two years the Ombudsman ruled against them for their unprofessional services.

I used Hobson & Latham as my solicitors when buying my first house. I found them to be professional but friendly, helpful and good with keeping me updated on progress. They also helped with any queries I had. It took about 2 months from my offer being accepted to completion. That said it was chain free both end. Although there were tenants at the property who had a 2 month notice. We exchanged and completed the week after the tenants vacated.
