I sent a message through Barwells website in regards to my problem, the next day a lady called Theresa left a message on my answerphone to call her back. I tried calling later on in the day but according to her colleague that answered the phone she was on another call, I asked if it was convenient to call back at 1.00 or would Theresa be on her lunch break, I was told that 1.00 would be fine. At 1.00 nobody answered the phone so I tried again later on in the afternoon. A female answered and I asked if I could speak to Theresa, she asked who was calling, I told her my name and that Theresa had left me a message earlier on to call her. I was told to hold and a few seconds later the phone was put down on me, I heard a click of the receiver. If this was an accident they would have called me back they would have had my number their end and I told them my name so surely Theresa would have been told, but she obviously did not want to speak to me for some reason. I find this rude and unprofessional, its an utter disgrace to be treated in this way, I will never use this business in the future.

This family are so helpful and can not do enough to help you. I call them a family as that's how you feel when you go in. The lady at reception is the best and always remembers you. I would highly recommend this place for selling your house, wills and probate. Thanks again for all your help.

The most discriminatory, unprofessional, hateful place I have ever worked. Avoid this place at all costs..
