We couldnt have been happier with Barn Joinery who built us a media centre, shelving and cupboards as well as organise painting and lighting. We were away when much of the work was done and we trusted Simon explicitly to project manage. From the off he really listened to us, helped with great advice, for example suggesting a fire, and was a joy to work with. The finished result shows brilliant workmanship and style transforming the room. Id recommend Barn joinery wholeheartedly.

We had bespoke radiator covers made and fitted by Barn Joinery, a superb job completed on time and within budget. We had storage issues in a limited space. Barn Joinery resolved these with clever ideas building bespoke cabinets which were functional and stylish. We found this family business and staff professional, polite, reliable. A first class service at an affordable price. Would highly recommend.

In 2004, Barn Joinery fitted a fire door for us, and 12 years later when six large rotten Edwardian timber windows had to be replaced, we opted to commission the same firm. The windows are excellent and are indistinguishable from the originals (except that the new ones fit properly, the timber is sound and the brass fittings are attractive and functional). Two years later we downsized to a flat and needed custom-made furniture to store our belongings as efficiently as possible. Barn Joinery designed and built one unit comprising bookcases, wardrobe and computer cupboard all within the same unit, a breakfront bookcase with adjacent cupboard, and a 4-door wardrobe. Finally, they designed a glass-fronted china and glass display cabinet to fit in the lobby leading into the living room, which is a superb piece of furniture. We are delighted with all of them. They are all aesthetically pleasing, beautifully finished and have significantly eased our move into a much smaller space. They have certainly enhanced the look of the whole flat. Kim and Simon have been great to work with and have become friends they are superb craftsmen and imaginative and helpful designers. Highly recommended.
