I have sent at least six emails since before Christmas (prior to my renewal), a message via Facebook messenger, phoned numerous times and just cannot get hold of anyone. It is now February. I recognise we are in the middle of a pandemic but I expect an insurance company to be working remotely. I have received emails from them informing me that money is being taken but when I try to contact them - no reply. Really disappointing.
