One Answer Insurance

Very poor service waiting over 1..5 hrs on the phone to get cut off. Then call back 22 in queue. Take the direct debit recieve no direct debit agreement not insurance documents. 2 weeks later still waiting

The assistant, Micah, was extremely extremely helpful. Any questions I had he had an answer for and made me feel confident. This man really is a great worker!

NOANSWERINSURANCE!!! Only if I could give minus. Very bad service. On sign up, they took my no claims of over 15yrs off for no reason because I was new to their company... Mad! Not sure why I paid for my policy... Then after they were calling to threaten that my policy would be cancelled if I don't provide ID documents which their stupid 3rd party app kept rejecting and made us buy trackers from their suppliers which is over 100. How's that my fault!! Now am trying to add someone on my policy and It's taking nearly two weeks. No adequate online portal. Sooo can't wait for this nightmare to be over. Only 4months left thank fk!

I have been on the phone for 2 days 2 hours yesterday and 2 hours today i get to number 1 and no body answers some one is ignoring customers. Disgusting.
