Shimla Fine Indian Dining

For more than seven years, I have been a loyal patron of this delightful Indian restaurant, which I consider my go-to spot dining in and for takeaway meals. Every time I order from here , I am never disappointed as the food is always mouth-watering, leaving me craving for more. My siblings are always quick to request the lamb biriyani, which they pair with a serving of garlic naan and lamb jalfrezi. The lamb biriyani is an expertly prepared dish that is full of flavour, and the garlic naan adds a touch of garlic that elevates the taste to another level. The lamb jalfrezi, on the other hand, is tender, succulent, and served with just the right amount of spice, making it a hit with my siblings. As for me, I always find myself drawn to the King Prawn Nilgiri, which is the perfect choice for me because of my gastric issues. This dish is sweet and mild, making it a favourite for those who cannot handle the heat of spicy food. The restaurant's chefs clearly understand the importance of catering to different dietary requirements, and this is evident in the quality of their dishes. What's more, the restaurant's ambiance is quite remarkable, setting it apart from other curry houses that I've been to in the past.
