        They are unprofessional. More than 1 years with a window in the communal area broken. They just replaced with a piece of wood and that is. I am considering escalate more

        Again my bath and sink blocked!had dyno rod out 10 times now,been told what they think the problem is but all they do is send dyno rod out wich only fixes problem for a few weeks ,can't get through on phone either !

        Reported a leak 6 months ago nothing was done crack on the landing and a broken fence they send people to have look but no work was carried out

        Unfortunately im a eastbourne homes tenant i have mental health problems and have requested a female to deal with me from the council yet i still have the same problem after i emailed eastbourne homes requesting a female as im anxious i thought it was sorted but i still have a male turn up at my door still calling me after i complained eastbourne homes dont support mental unwell people neither do they support the staff here are rude and make me feel on edge
