Had a wonderful stay here. Damian was an amazing host and looked after us at every turn. The hotel has beautiful views and Room 3, despite being on the lower ground floor, had a huge bed and beautiful bathroom. A few issues with breakfast were thankfully resolved with professionalism. Highly recommend for a weekend away.

Stayed at Port in their Studio room over a brisk weekend in March 2023. The hotel is a beautiful spot along the seafront - easily stands out with its black, modern and well kept exterior. Staff were incredibly attentive and helpful upon entry and throughout the whole stay. The room was impeccable, with coffee machine, tea and kettle inside, record player, sofa, double bed and amazing bathroom with bath and shower. A lovely guest book and instructions were inside too. The restaurant was amazingly priced, offering a set menu or free roam menu. Have had many friends inquire after my stay, and will definitely be returning. A beautiful spot to stay at when travelling to Eastbourne or the South of England. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay, the two of us and our dog, in Port this March. Everyone was so kind and welcoming to the two of us. We were offered to upgrade our room to one with a seaview which was still dog friendly. The rooms are very modern and aesthetically lovely. Shower and water pressure is excellent and beds are huge and comfortable. Smart TVs provided for entertainment as well as tea, coffee and fresh milk. Our dog had a bed provided and even a huge bag of complimentary treats, she had a better time than we did bouncing up and down the beach after these. Food was outstanding, genuinely excellent quality in a tight focused menu. Breakfast was as good as dinner and very generous in portions and high in quality. All this for a very reasonable price. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a seaside escape or to use this as a base to explore Sussex, as there's plenty of parking available.
