        Great place for a walking weekend. Parking was available nearby thanks to a pre paid card which was provided. Breakfast was great value for money, including tea/coffee, fruit juice, cereal/yoghurt and a good full English (veggie available) consisting of bacon, sausage, egg of choice, mushrooms, grilled tomato, hash brown, beans and toast (with butter/marmalade and selection of jams). There was a bar onsite but never used it. Great location, less than a minute from the prom. Would definitely go back if in the area again.

        Rooms: Beautyful rooms with nice art inspired decor. Walkability: Around 10 min by foot from the railway station. Eastbourne pear is very close and Seven sisters cliffs are reachable by a scenic 1h walk. Noteworthy details: Ask the staff for a dvd and watch a movie to unwind before bed ;)
