        Absolutely disgusting I have taken photos. The toilet still had urine stains on the seat, rubbish down the side if the bed including old food, rubbish outside the bathroom window, taps in the bathroom very slow, ash in the drawers, the lift was out of order had to carry cases up 3 flights stairs. The man on reception was rude. When we left we left nobody was on reception to complain to. He was sitting on the doorstep.we were promised a ca from the manger but still heard nothing. Complained to trading standards the doorstep who worked every
