Walked into the room on first sight looked OK.
My partner had a shower and was scolded as the water was far too hot.
Mattress was like sleeping on a paving slab.
Breakfast where do I start, was bitterly disappointed cheap Sausages, streaky bacon, mushrooms which weren't appetising, and my egg came with a side of hair.
The reception area had a plant that had dropped its leaves all over and hadn't been cleaned up.
Plants in general needed better care and a drop or 2 of water.
Check in was abysmal could not check in till 4pm and had to be out by 10am.
The staff were helpful needed an iron and hairdryer and 2 extra pillows which I received without any hassle.
But wouldn't stay again
