On arriving home I discovered I had left my phone charger in our room. I had to ring 3 times before someone actually told me it hadn't been handed in. All I kept getting was" I will check and call you back." Needless to say they didn't. The phone calls were charged at 13p a minute.
Just wasn't the best travelodge I had stayed in.
