Great first class! Absolutely smashed it!!

Friendly atmosphere. Decent range of free weights and machines. Wide selection of bars, couple of power racks. Good gym

Nice facility friendly helpful staff

Small and compact, not much equipment but managed to get a decent workout here regardless. Weird location too but not a bad little gym for what it is.
