Vicki and her team are so helpful and dedicated to what they do. We had a complex case where we were paying 350 for private health insurance for my daughter. They spoke with my daughter to understand her condition and managed to get us a quote for 75! It is a huge saving for us but most of all they really do care and want to help you. Huge thanks to Tina too! Highly recommend speaking with them, and can't thank them enough!

Please find below some comments you may wish to let others know of. My husband and I have dealt with Tina and Vicky since 2015 and are still with them now. We can honestly say Tina and Vicky go the extra mile every year at renewal time to achieve the right cover at a competitive premium. We couldn't easily achieve this ourselves given the hassles and hoops one has to jump through and reading the small print which is the all-important bit that often leads to choosing the wrong option with potentially unfavourable consequences. Tina and Vicky are always available with advice, and they seem really knowledgeable . At the time of a looming operation on my husband, their helpful and sympathetic approach made the claiming process easier. I would thoroughly recommend both to take the stress out of getting medical insurance at a reasonable cost. Rositta Morrison
