Extremely sad as the stylist was lovely and the salon is beautiful. Unfortunately did not get the colour I had asked for. I was platinum blonde on the ends with dark roots, I had asked for my roots to be blended in to my ends like a root shadow or balayage with my ends toned down to a beige blonde, a picture was shown. We had agreed to put babylights of my natural colour and bleach foils too, then a toner on the ends. When the service was completed my hair was dark all over but darker in natural light. I gave it just over 2 weeks to wash out incase the toner was the problem but still continued to be overall darker than I had asked for. When asking the stylist to fix it she said that it's out of the week window for a colour correction but offered a few highlights out of kind will. I declined as this was not going to achieve what I had originally asked for. I now have dark blonde hair with lowlights which does not suit me and now feel extremely self conscious as I cannot afford to fix this elsewhere. My hair cut is also uneven but when I mentioned this I was told I had shaping which again I did not ask for and did not see her do. They offered to thin my hair out as its extremely thick around the back but I need it to be leveled out as the back is longer than the front. I hate to leave a sad review but unfortunately i have not had a great experience and am extremely upset
