Messed up hair, charged in advance for a correction appointment. I decided not to do that and they wont refund me, so have also taken my money for which Ive had nothing. They cant cut and cant colour. I had a 100 gift card from husband for this place. After colouring as she dried it she said '''colour not as expected (!)''' and she didnt even check once during colour process. Said she wont charge for colour today and I should come back in for a correction. Something brighter she said. She then charged me in advance for this. I hadnt fully seen the result under the salon lights. At home I saw what a mess it was, all different colours, grey not covered and cut awful, almost non existent as little change. Something brighter would have been a disaster on my white hair, for sure. I contacted customer care and explained, sending photos etc. Fully expected a full refund and apology. Instead they have consistently tried to force me to go back to the salon and let them loose on my hair again. They wont refund me an penny and are fighting me to the death for the sake of even the 40 taken as advance payment. Ive had nothing for that money, but they are keeping it. ARe they so broke they have to pinch money? Nor surprised. My son had a cut there years ago too and said it was the worst cut hes ever had, he didnt want to go out after and found another place to correct it! NO THEY HAVE NEVER TRIED TO CORRECT ANYTHING, ONLY FORCE ME INTO ANOTHER BRANCH. IF YOU GOT FOOD POISONING FROM EATING OUT, WOULD YOU WANT TO GO BACK? NEITHER DO I. I JUST WANT A REFUND SO I CAN GO GET MY HAIR DONE BY A PROFESSIONAL, CARING COMPANY. Service: Hair coloring

They just can't get it right! No one knows how to give a good blow dry these days, it's all straighteners and such.
