I highly recommend staying at the New England Hotel! Brid and Derek are the loveliest hosts you could ask for, always eager to make your stay perfect. We felt like at home right from the beginning! The rooms are very clean and tastefully furnished in a maritime style. Some even have a balcony and the most magnificent view at the beach and water, I suggest you booking one of those-it really is worth it! There is a large breakfast selection which is freshly prepared by Brid herself and let me say: Its amazing!! Even the coffee is made individually as you like it! They overall put so much love and effort on everything, you can even taste and feel it:) The town centre is just a short walk away and there is a very nice hop-on hop-off bus route nearby to explore the surrounding sights and villages. To sum it up: The New England hotel is the *perfect* place to stay for a retreat from every day life, with an amazing view and the best hosts ever!

This little piece of heaven was amazing. We stayed in Room 1. It was immaculate and the beds were soft, comfortable and the toiletries were gorgeous. The breakfast was so plentiful and everything was of the highest standard and hot. The pancakes were the best and the fruit bowls were delicious. Be warned, the portions are man sized! The hosts are the loveliest and friendliest and literally nothing is too much. We are even planning our next visit now. This deserves the rating we are giving it. Just to mention the young ladies who served us for breakfast were AMAZING too. They all make a great team which makes for a great stay! We highly recommend this beautiful Bed and Breakfast.
