        PLEASE don't bother paying for tracked 2-3 day shipping, they don't honour it and won't refund the carriage charge when the order does not arrive in the 2-3 day timescale you pay for. Customer Service approach leads a lot to be desired. DISAPPOINTING!

        DO NOT BUY from Koolarts. My 16 year old daughter bought her dad a mug for a birthday present. She ordered a whole month in advance. 1st mug didn't turn up. After messaging them SEVERAL times they agreed to send another. When it EVENTUALLy arrived it was not what they advertise on the website it was stained, dirty and an absolute disgrace. She was so upset. She messaged them frantically several times but they never replied. Moral of the story they will take your money and send you a mug from the pound shop with a random car picture on it. Please save you money and your disappointment. If I could give no stars I would.
