        Ordered gifts in March. Still haven't received anything and they won't respond to any of my messages. Hugely disappointed. I wouldn't recommend buying from them.

        Ordered gifts in February. They took payment. Receive nothing. Ive messaged them on Instagram and Facebook and through email on their website but no response. Looks like Im not the only one with problems.

        I ordered a gift on 1st April for a special little niece starting a new school and NOTHING !! surely 18 days is long enough !! No definite answer to messages no answer to phone .Very disappointed, like other reviewers, I won't be using again
