        Wrong coffin .Carol denied my mum. Asked for a bright red wicker one even though she charged my mum and extra 337.00 for it . Mum took out the plan ,I was present , mum pain over 4 grand in full . Having being given 6 months to live . Mum turned up in a ugly red ply wood box . Even though I had been in and spoke to Carol the day after my mum died . To finalise details . Carol then lied about not knowing about the wicker coffin . Complaint put in investigation etc , partial refund ( given to mc millian nurses . As Carol did know but ordered the wrong coffin . What hurt the most is I'm grieving my darling mum and she can't be honest about a mistake . We are all human after all . Just be honest and kind . Don't lie to a grieving person .that's just cruel .

        The staff at Serenity have made a a difficult time easier with their friendly and compassionate help. They have offered help even after my Dad's funeral to call them at any time if we need a chat and support. They never made me feel stupid for asking all kinds of questions. A big thank you to Carol and Rob for your support and professionalism.
