I was very well supported by Rhia and Jodie in the loss of my husband. They were kind and always available and my requests were efficiently fulfilled. All the staff at Haine & Son were professional, courteous and, most important of all, kind to our family when organising our beloved Dad's funeral and cremation services. In particular, Rhia's organisational skills and gentle manner are to be commended. Jodie and her team were respectful and keen to ensure we were well looked after on both days. We can never thank them enough for the way they cared for Dad and for our family.

I chose Haine and Sons because it is the Oldest company in Eastbourne and were able to provide everything that my mother Jane had asked for. They were prompt in answering any questions I had, and went out of their way to help me with any requests I had. From the magnificent hearse to ensuring that my mother Jane was brought 121miles away to her final resting place with my father. Thank you to Freya and all the other staff involved in my mothers care.

I would like to thank Haine and Son (Polegate) for helping us to celebrate my Dads life so perfectly. From the moment we walked into their offices, Paula looked after us and was kind, respectful and keen to ensure we had the service we (and Dad) wished for. The celebrante, Stephen Isted was absolutely wonderful. The service was a moving tribute, filled with memories and laughter. Friends and family who attended all commented on what a lovely service it was. I would thoroughly recommend Haine and Son for helping to make a very difficult time easier to cope with.
