Thank you so much for the care and respect you showed us for Keith Hamlets funeral and for helping us every step of the way to make a smooth and dignified goodbye to our dad.

From arranging a pre paid funeral in Purley to arranging my father in law's cremation and service in Polegate I have nothing but gratitude to all the staff involved. Thank you all very much

If I could give no stars, I would. The funeral director and his staff on the day where terrific but the service before the funeral was shockingly bad. Afterwards, having received a bill and a form to fill in about how they did we sent in a sheet of A4 with our complaints. We heard nothing. This was from a funeral in July. It's taken us a while to get round to thinking about this but it really is unacceptable.

I had the misfortune to require the services of a funeral director when my wife died on a Sunday morning. I asked for the local Co-op funeral director to take my wife initially, whilst I collected my thoughts and decided which of the many local Funeral services I would ask to deal with everything. The Co-op were brilliant. They came quickly and discreetly to take my wife to their chapel of rest, then left me to contact them later. I decided later to use them for the funeral and after an appointment at their offices I was shown all their services and the cost of each. No pressure was put on me to choose anything I didnt want and they contacted the celebrant for the service. She perfected a tribute to my wife and conducted the service in a wonderful and sincere way. I was consulted in every aspect of the service and they compiled and printed an order of service sheet, for me, using information I provided. In every respect they were 1st class, discreet, thorough thoughtful and above all kind.
