        Ordered flowers for my partner today on our anniversary due to be delivered between 1-5pm. 5pm comes and no flowers, phone the store to be told that they are out for delivery and should be there soon. Its now 6pm and still no flowers and no one at the store to answer the phone to ask about their whereabouts.
