Annie was very friendly and gave great service , good food I can't wait to go back again!

Food was very good. The batter on the fish left no after-taste so was 'good' batter friend in 'good' oil. Service from the ladies working there was very good, but I must mention that their supervisor (manager?) was less so. A man in a motorised wheelchair arrived with two women and wanted to sit at the next table to me. The space was cramped and the supervisor would not accommodate the man. There were other spaces available but these were either not offered or the man in the wheelchair didn't want to sit there. A table and chairs could have been removed; OR as my partner and I were still waiting for our food and there was a vacant table close by, the supervisor could have asked us to move which would have allowed the gentleman to sit at his requested table. Before we knew what was going on, the man in the wheelchair and his two accomplices had gone, probably never to return again. This was a classic case of a disabled individual being excluded, something which still happens too often. The supervisor should be retrained or strongly reminded that any potential customer should be accommodated as much as possible. Four stars reduced to three by the inaction of a supervisor.

I went out yesterday for fish and chips and I had an amazing service from Lauren. It was so welcoming having a lovely lady waitressing us. The food was also amazing

me and my family went out for lunch yesterday on the bank holiday. the staff were lovely, we had Lauren serving our table and everything was perfect.
