HFEA has suspended iTrust Fertility Eastbourne's licence to operate with immediate effect, due to significant concerns about the clinic. The HFEA Licence Committee made this decision because of: the extraordinary degree of regulatory oversight in the last two years, and the unprecedented level of support provided by the Executive (HFEA inspectors) to the PR (the person who legally is responsible for the clinic) the number and significant nature of the clinic's failings as described in the inspection report the risk to patients, gametes and embryos presented by the clinic's failures if the clinic's licence is not suspended with immediate effect.

Hey iTrust, welcome to the karma cafe. There is no menu, you get what you deserve. HFEA have suspended the license for iTrust with immediate effect. Not before time, as concerns have been raised the last 2 years. I was a patient there and I can honestly say I had a miserable time. My nurse left half way through my treatment, no one took her place for weeks. They were so short staffed, the care was really lacking. I raised a complaint with their CEO, Kuljit Moore-Juneja, she did not even acknowledge it. All they want is your money. I have never known such a corrupt establishment. They won the Prestige Award 2022/23, for best fertility clinic in sussex, based largely upon customer satisfaction (it looks like this reward has been taken away) Well, virtually all their Google reviews are FAKE. Look at them. Check out each person and they have all reviewed locksmiths in America. Then you will see that iTrust reviewed themselves and then thanked themselves! Oh and Dan Austin, Manager, wrote a glowing five star report on his place of work. I would strong advise you not to go there. But I dont think I have to, as that probably wont be an option. Its highly unlikely they will get their license back.

We had our NHS treatment and the clinic was fantastic, we have just had our positive pregnancy after our first cycle
