When I was initially let down by a different electrician, I contacted Mark after reading his excellent reviews on Google . Mark replaced 3 existing outside lights and also installed a dimmer switch in the bedroom and got the light working again . He was courteous at all times and kept me informed of what he was doing. In his original quote the job was to chop out the plaster to hide the wiring as the new outside lights were a different fitting from the previous ones. But instead he used plastic trunking to hide the wiring for fear of the plaster all cracking and falling off . I did agree at the time , but I now feel it would of looked better had the wiring been hidden. We have yet to paint the outside of the property , so I'm sure it will look fine once this is done . He also gave good advice on what bulbs to purchase as I didn't realise that when using a dimmer switch you should use dimmable bulbs !!!! That's why ours always flicker I would definitely recommend Mark to family and friends .
