Great doctor, who listens and explains things clearly. Reception have always been polite and helpful, whether on phone or at the surgery. Building may be old but a new one is forthcoming.

Yes it has wheelchair access until you get inside you're greeted by an old 1950"s staircase with receptionists to match. My last doctor there who has left now, just plied me with pills for over 2 months and unnecessary scans that had nothing to do with my problems. I recently saw one of the doctors who has been there for quite a while and he was extremely professional, helpful and efficient. If the receptionists were the same, I would have given the practice 5 stars

The women on the front counter are useless, they will tell you what ever it suits them on the phone and then laugh at you when you turn up requesting appointments as they suggested. They have no respect for the patients, and lack general skills of politeness and decency, they also have no idea how to act around people with anxiety and depression and think it's some sort of game. They are by far the worst thing about the surgery, everyone else is amazing, hut they need a change of staff and these current front office people should be removed for people with full training or given training on how to treat people with at least an ounce of respect.

It saddens me to read so many poor reviews. I have been a patient of this surgery for many years and i only have had good experiences. From the reception staff, nurses and doctors; all have treated me with kindness and respect. I do not generally need to use the surgery too often but i am taken seriously if i need the service.
